Red Bud to Pinckneyville
Conduct Phase I engineering studies, environmental studies, and public involvement to expand IL 154 lanes to 4 lanes from the east city limits of Red Bud to the West City limits of Pinckneyville for approximately 37 miles. The focus study area will include a range of alternatives thru and around Sparta and an improved crossing of the Kaskaskia River.
Funding Request: Phase I Engineering and Environmental Study to expand IL 154 to 4 lanes from Red Bud to Pinckneyville, $15 million
